OUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

At EnhancedTECH, the health and safety of staff and customers is a top priority. We will continue to evaluate and assess the impact of COVID-19 in consultation with local health officials and continue to follow federal, state and CDC guidelines and best practices.

At the current time we are conducting business as usual, albeit with vigilance towards cleaning and sanitizing our tools and hands. EnhancedTECH is still servicing accounts onsite unless a client implements a companywide work at home policy and informs us we will adhere to your policy as it pertains to on-site visits.

Our organization is completely setup and actively allowing our staff to work at home without any service disruption.  We are prepared and ready to continue to service your accounts remotely and we are confident there will be no disruption of IT service.

Please contact us if you need assistance in setting up a remote work policy as we have assisted many of our clients in the last few weeks through this process.
